Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will then receive the full order amount, including shipping costs, back.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be undamaged and complete
• If reasonably possible, in its original packaging
• The product must not have been assembled or visibly used

We reserve the right to charge for any depreciation in value if the product has been used more than necessary to assess it.

Return costs

The costs for return shipment are for the customer's own account.

For larger furniture items, return costs may be higher due to transport. We advise you to contact us in advance so that we can help organise suitable transport.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as used when placing the order.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that the product has been shipped.
