General

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between you and Lunaro Living. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Product information

Lunaro Living takes the utmost care in describing and picturing products. Colors, dimensions, and specifications may deviate slightly from reality. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT and exclude any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. You can pay using the offered payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit card, or Klarna. Lunaro Living remains the owner of the products until full payment has been received.

Order and agreement

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded once Lunaro Living has accepted and confirmed the order.

Delivery

We strive for delivery within the specified period. Delay does not entitle you to compensation or dissolution of the agreement, unless otherwise agreed.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Warranty and complaints

Lunaro Living guarantees the quality of its products. If a product is defective or does not meet expectations, please contact our customer service. Complaints will be handled as quickly as possible.

Liability

Lunaro Living is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of our products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Privacy

Your personal data will be processed according to our privacy statement and used exclusively for processing your order.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
